Regenerative viticulture is in action!

Although the 2025 harvest is over, the season continues in the vineyards. We are sowing seeds to prepare for the future… both literally and figuratively, as regenerative viticulture is in full swing!

Spreading fermented extracts of nettle,
lucerne, and burdock

–> To promote vine storage before winter

Fermented extracts from plants grown on site give vines a real boost throughout the season, but also at the end of the season to promote nutrient storage.

The harvest potential for 2026 and the longevity of our vines will largely depend on this storage.

Sowing green manure

–> To nourish and structure our soil naturally

Let’s recall what this technique, inspired by conservation agriculture and permaculture, consists of: we never leave the soil bare; we turn the grass over once a year when sowing a mixture of species that will occupy the space to limit invasive weeds, work the soil with their roots, and produce organic matter. In early May, we mechanically destroy the plant cover and leave it in place to form a mulch for the soil, which will compost naturally.

Every action is part of our regenerative approach, for living, resilient vines and increasingly expressive wines!
